The Crucial Role of Empowerment

The place of empowerment in the life of a leader is crucial and non negotiable.

LEADERS MUST BE EMPOWERED BEFORE THEY EMPOWER OTHERS.

Until we are empowered we cannot empower others. Leaders cannot give what they don’t have.

The Law of the Lid by John Maxwell states that: Leadership Ability Determines a Person’s Level of Effectiveness.

John 1:16 NIV says, “Out of his fullness we have all received grace in place of grace already given.”

FOLLOWERS Receive From the FULLNESS OF THEIR LEADER.

Leaders can never empower anyone else until they are first mentally or supernaturally empowered.

Empowered leaders are first of all empowered just like the Apostles waited to be empowered in line with Acts 1:8. Then were filled and filled again in Acts 2:4; 4:8, 31; 9:17; 13:9 just like their Master, Mentor and Teacher, Jesus in Luke 4:14.
